Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support team. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue.
